TESTIMONIALS

”Standard’s recommendation of Emseal — Thermaflex as a suitable retrofit expansion joint system was ideal. The Thermaflex joint system has proven itself both durable and watertight. The quality of Standard’s workmanship was superb.”
Michael R. Dillow
Senior Vice President of Operations, FedExField
The Aulson Company, Inc. had the opportunity to work with Standard during the restoration of the United States Capitol Dome Project in 2000. Standard’s portion of the work involved installing various waterproofing repairs to the exterior cast iron of the dome. The quality of Standard’s work was superb, and the owner, Architect of the Capitol was quite impressed with their work.
Thomas P. Higgins
President, The Aulson Company, Inc.
The gentlemen at Standard who worked on St. Mary’s Chapel, built in 1804, were very professional, courteous, and diligent. They always expressed a desire to do what they considered to be best for the longevity of the structure, and their efforts are readily apparent.
Robert D. Leath
Project Manager, A. R. Marani, Inc.
Standard’s systematic approach pinpointed that the source of the problem was a small tear in the waterproofing membrane concealed behind one of the exterior pre-cast concrete panels. They successfully repaired the membrane and patched the pre-cast panel. Darrel Isaacs and Donny Gentry did the work in a neat manner causing minimal impact with the ongoing lab construction and the newly installed electronic equipment. Standard concluded the work with a complete summary report and excellent photo documentation.
Jeff Crabtree
Senior Project Manager, AIA
