A multi-year complete exterior restoration of the original 1928 stone structure. The work included: 100% repointing, masonry cleaning, patching, installation of new sealants, application of a membrane waterproofing, removal and replacement of stonework for installation of thru-wall flashing at the window heads, the selective rebuilding of displaced stonework, crack repair, grout injection and removal and replacement of deteriorated stonework.
