| Complete exterior restoration of a brick masonry steeple and marble clad pediment/entrance. The work included selective rebuilding of displaced masonry, installation of new masonry control joints, selective repointing, restoration of copper spiral, removal and replacement of the marble clad columns, removal and replacement of all exterior sealant joints, fabrication and installation of new stainless steel sheet metal gutter (concealed) and masonry cleaning. | |

| The United States Capitol Dome is composed of cast iron plates secured to cast iron structural members. The iron serves as both structure and envelope protecting the interior from the elements. Throughout the dome there was moisture intrusion problems related to the joints (butt and overlapping) of the cast iron plates. Our scope of work included removal and replacement of approximately 17,000 lineal feet of sealant joints and installation of a waterproofing membrane behind the Antifixae in conjunction with the interim painting work in the summer of 2010. | |

| Flagler Monument Memorial - Miami, Florida | ![]() |
| Built in 1920 by Carl Fisher to memorialize Florida's east coast developer Henry Flagler, the monument consists of a 96' obelisk with four allegorical figures which is located on a man-made island in Biscayne Bay. Exterior restoration included patching deteriorated stone, JOS Quintek cleaning, molding and casting of major losses (allegorical figures) and application of Silin AZ Coating to the entire monument. | |

| The work included replacing existing pre-molded expansion joints with new Emseal-Thermaflex expansion joint systems, removing and replacing failed sealant joints, concrete patching and application of a waterproofing membrane to selected sections of the club level seating area (removal and reinstallation of the existing seats performed as required). | Sculpted by Clark Mills, the Andrew Jackson Statue is the centerpiece of Lafayette Park. The large bronze statue portrays Major General Andrew Jackson as he appeared while reviewing the troops at the Battle of New Orleans. Our restoration work focused on the marble base which included exterior cleaning, repointing and installation of three (3) marble dutchman repairs. | |

| Beverley Mill - Broad Run, Virginia | ![]() |
| Beverley Mill (Chapman's Mill) was built in 1742 by Jonathan and Nathaniel Chapman, brothers from an enterprising, well-connected colonial family. In 1876 the mill was purchased by the Beverley family and continued to operate until 1951. The mill is believed to be the tallest gristmill in the country. In 1998, Beverley mill was tragically vandalized and gutted by fire. The fire destroyed the roof and all framing, leaving only a charred masonry shell. The four masonry walls suffered extensive damage and required stabilization. The stabilization project included: rebuilding selected portions of the wall tops; installation of lead sheet at all ledges, wall tops and window sills to prevent water infiltration; installation of shoring at all door and window openings. | |

| Historic Congressional Cemetery - Washington, D.C. | ![]() |
| Historic Congressional Cemetery was established in 1807 in the southeast quadrant of Washington, D.C. to serve as the final resting place for hundreds of early Washington residents. The project included the restoration of the Public Vault, four other historic vaults and a portion of the brick enclosure wall. The work included: repointing of the brick and stone with lime mortar; systematic dismantling and reconstruction of displaced masonry; installation of new lime roof parging. | |
